		<description>You can test the set of jam by running some onto a cold plate to quickly chill it. I&#039;ve never found it to take three weeks to set- that&#039;s weird. Also, get a food mill. It is the business for doing grapes, as well as other stuff like tomatoes. I did some lovely grape jam this year, and it doesn&#039;t need pectin, there&#039;s enough in the fruit naturally. You just need to cook it down more.</description>
