Real Estate Bubble

kornbluth

Feast your eyes on this gorgeous pulp cover that was given to us as a house warming gift by my friend Pat after we bought our first house 12 years ago.

I think of this paleo-futuristic real estate scene everytime I happen upon a 37 signals product logo in the course of my web browsing.

Love the picture of space ship etc. Isn’t it funny how things that you never thought would come to past are now happening in our day and age.

Aha, that is a partial cover of the December 1953 issue of Space Science Fiction magazine, featuring the story mentioned, which has nothing to do with that.. interesting… cover illustration.
Here is a link to a page showing the full cover.

OR… lol, Science Fiction Adventures… damn, that was the same color and everything… oh.. wow.. both magazines were very short lived, like 12 issues for one, 8 for the other… damn if they didn’t look really similar to me
    example:

This is one of the two issues that I own of this short lived rag, because it was the only way at the time I could find a copy of an out of print story by a favorite author, H. Beam Piper.
